Disney Cruise (Part 2, Days 5-8)

Day 5--Cozumel
Keeping the positive on this day...can you believe that water? We started off with taking a tour of the local tourism district. I wished I could say it was authentic Mexico, but it was a lot of people telling me, "For you, I give you the best deal today." We sat and had some soda's in real glass bottles with straws and all I could think about was the camp song that talks about sippin' cider through a straw-uh-ah-uh-ah. We spent the rest of the day trying to find the ocean. Lesson learned, we definitely booked the wrong excursion. But at the end of the day we found our family, found the ocean and found the pool. It was great to cool off!

Day 6: Day at Sea
That night there was a huge party called Pirates IN the Caribbean. Everyone was given a pirate scarf, dinner was a huge pirate party with everyone all dressed up and then that night I dance party with fireworks. With the pounds I gained from the tasty food, I was in charge of bringing the pirate booty :) Speaking of pirate jokes, what type of print do pirates like to wear? Arrrgyle! Sam got his moment to meet Pirate Mickey. Rrrrr.

Day 7--Castaway Cay
Now this is what we had been waiting for. An entire day on the beach drinking Pina Colada's and playing in the sand. Sam, still sick, was a trooper!

Traveling Home--Last Day
After disembarking the ship we had an entire afternoon to kill so we headed to the Kennedy Space Center. I had been there when I was 3 or 4 but I was able to appreciate so much more this time around. And to top it off, we got to meet a real live astronaut (*wink*wink*)
