This Boy

This little baby
Is weeks from being a one year Old Little Boy
Those Chubby Little frog legs
Are fast crawling explorers going from toy to toy
Those little lips
That give me soft little kisses every day and every night
Love eating the big people foods
they're more than just alright.
And those sleepy eyes
Spend more time awake
Taking in the world around him
and all those messes made.
Those little fingers
that gently cuddle mine
Love exploring all things big and small
and anything they can find.
This little baby will always be my baby
even as a boy and a man
This little baby
his mama as his number one fan.
